MultiCoat is our brand new compact and easy to use coating system aimed at the short to long run fabric coating market.

The system comprises of various coating technologies such as:

rotary
knife over air
knife over roller
lick roller
full impregnation

Easy to use and totally flexible for the application of applying water based chemicals such as:

inkjet pre-treatments
water repellency
fire retardancy
protective coatings, and much more

Typical speeds for the system are 2-3 metres per minute, however this can be substantially increased to a level of up to 15 metres per minute by adding more drying capacity (optional extra).

MultiCoat offers major advantages and flexibility to any company, whether in the contract coating market or applications for short run coatings such as inkjet.
